Gerald discovered his passion for real estate in 2000 while attending BCIT. Early in his career he worked for local developers including Millennium Development and Bosa Properties. Between 2004 – 2023 he was at Rennie, leading sales operations and later transitioning to a key leader in brokerage management expanding a boutique brokerage to over 250+ real estate advisors serving Metro Vancouver. Progressing from a corporate environment allowed realignment with family, friends and his two Dachshunds. He’s excited to serve clients at a grassroots level providing guidance in their real estate endeavors.
